Test Innovations was founded in 1991 to fill the need for tests and evaluative instruments developed in the Hispanic cultural context. Since then we have developed tests of aptitude, advantage, interests, personality, and a number of tests for the selection of personnel in specific job classes. We have carried out scientific studies that have allowed us to include innovations in the tests. One of these is the multiple-choice analytical tests that allow us to evaluate the types of errors committed by the examinees. We have psychologists with doctorate and master's degrees, vocational counselors, programmers and systems analysts and well-trained support staff. Locally we have examined more than 180,000 students of the public education system per year, and thousands of applicants for revalidation exams to practice professions (including that of psychologist). We group our evaluative instruments in: educational tests, selection of personnel, and career selection. For some of these tests we have developed a version for the general public, particularly for parents who want to know the interests and the use of their children, and for people who consider a change of career.
