Athena Bilingual Academy

The former Lurgrea School was established in 1983 and its name change occurred in 2005.

We are committed to providing our students with an excellent education based on the ideals, humanitarian and traditional values of Western Civilization using English and Spanish. The School's motto is to awaken its students to strive for excellence in all intellectual, personal and social aspects, so that they may become useful citizens for their community, their country and the world.

In addition to its commitment to pursue academic excellence, it also seeks to develop individual responsibility, compassion, honesty, fairness and respect, emphasizing through its programs, enthusiasm for life, for learning and for individual growth. Athena Bilingual Academy serves students from Pre-Pre Kindergarten through eighth grade and is a non-sectarian institution.
