International Technical College - Colegios Técnicos

International Technical College (ITC) is a private educational institution founded in 1981 to offer courses in technology of digital electronics. In 2001, its President, Liza Y. Hernandez Cortiella, expanded technical programs in the area of electronics including computers, networks and "Car Audio" & Alarms and added programs Administrative Assistant Office Systems, Accounting, Medical Billing & Record physician. It also provides the Cosmetology program. The institution is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and approved by the Board of Education of Puerto Rico. In 2011, ITC begins to provide an alternative independent studies accelerated its students, who for one reason or another, failed to finish his fourth year in the traditional school, to get an academic license approved by the Board of Education Puerto Rico to offer grades seventh through twelfth grade (7-12).
