Home Care provides nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech. Social worker and nutritionist. These services are covered by Medicare Part A and Medicare Advantage.
We are the first agency Home Health nonprofit established in Puerto Rico. The hospice program provides care to patients with terminal conditions such as cancer, AIDS, heart disease, Pulmonary, Renal, Parkinson, Alzheimer and advanced strokes, among others.
