Dr. Jose A. Lugo Rivera is a graduate of the prestigious Marquette University School of Dentistry. After serving in the Armed Forces, I have established his practice in the area of San Patricio in 1994. Dr. Lugo remains at the forefront of advances in dentistry through numerous continuing education courses allowing us to offer modern and varied services.
