Cucina Italiana Di Franco e Gemma

In our restaurant kitchen is the original Italian cuisine. The specialities are all types of pasta in Italian sauce made. All types of ravioli in the various formats tortelli, great tortelloni, panzerotti and fiocchi. The Italian original fillers are among the most famous in our restaurant: fiocchi of pear al mascarpone, a single recipe and exclusive of our Chef Franco and the tortelli of pumpkin sauce Prosciutto di Parma also the great tortelloni to funghi porcini. The gnocchi and the various types of lasagna are prepared as at home. In addition our specialities are the dishes of entry bruschette e crostini. Other specialties include fresh fish and fresh octopus of Puerto Rico. All these fish and octopus are fish directly and on a weekly basis by us and offered fresh in the restaurant in several Italian typical preparations. Use only original Italian ingredients between all main ingredient of our food is the extra virgin olive oil of Tuscany(Italy).
