The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world's largest association dedicated to human resource management field. We offer educational services for professionals in human resources and other related areas by constantly providing useful tools for organizations to succeed. Our vision is to be the definitive option to train and inspire people for organizational success.
In Puerto Rico SHRM was established in 1967, as a non-profit organization. The Society has managed to maintain for years an excellent level in the services it offers to all members and has maintained a credibility with the main companies in Puerto Rico. The evolution of the organization has gradually increased and today it has more than 1,400 professionals in the area with a faithful commitment to the Society. Furthermore, we have taken positions on public policy issues that affect the competitiveness and economic development of Puerto Rico. The organization serves three island-wide regions. (Metropolitan, North, South, East and West).
