Pinoli Ristorante

Pinoli was founded in December, 1999. Owner Christian Darcoli and wife Maria Serra had a mission: to offer excellent food and to share with their clients all the ingredients Italian food had to offer.

At that time customers, more than ever before, were learning a lot about the ingredients used in restaurants. When Pinoli opened had a very simple decor and ambiance. Through the years we began to transform guided by our own clientele.

They travelled a lot and shared their experiences with us, many visited places where Darcoli had worked and others asked about the places they should go on their next vacation. Many things have changed but our quality is only getting better with time...
