Nom Nom Instant Ramen

Welcome to Nom Nom Nights, an intimate dinner where our small ramen shop is completely transformed. For one night, the daily hustle and bustle gives way to a cozy space, carefully prepared for a 5-course culinary experience with limited seating. Created by Laura Sánchez and Christopher Burgos, Nom Nom Nights was born from the desire to offer something different: an alternative to traditional fine dining. Here, there are no excessive formalities or distances between the kitchen and the diner. Instead, we present a more casual, personal, and warm proposal, where each dish tells a story. Each menu is carefully designed to highlight flavors and inspirations from Asia, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, in a fusion that pays homage to our roots and passions. It is a guided gastronomic experience, in which each course is a conversation—between cultures, ingredients, and emotions.
