La Casona Restaurant, is an old building of more than 80 years; which has been renovated and transformed into a majestic Colonial-style mansion.

La Casona today is recognized as a stately entity in the gastronomic industry in Puerto Rico. Founded in 1971, La Casona has provided unparalleled service and quality for more than 4 decades. Its gardens provide a casual-elegant touch, as well as a meeting area that unites all lounges and between them they can accommodate up to 500 guests. Its owner and Chef, Manolo Caamaño, enjoys continuous success every day, based on total dedication to his business. Don Manolo, a native of La Coruña, Spain, has known cooking since childhood.
