Gabriel Manzanares has worked for 10 years in the food service industry importing meat and distributing it to restaurants in Prime Meats & Seafood. In 2012, it started with delivery service to residences and - seeing the need for its customers - the idea arose to open a space that symbolized its passion for gastronomy. With this idea in mind, CUT Butcher Shop emerges, housing under one roof everything that is passionate about good food and where the customer can enjoy quality products such as meats, wines, cheeses, desserts, among others.
