Javier Font Alvelo is an Attorney-at-Law with more than 25 years of experience in Labor Law and 15 years representing individuals applying for disability benefits before the Social Security Administration.
He has dual citizenship (American and Spanish) and is a dual licensed attorney in Puerto Rico and Spain. He is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court and holds a Master's Degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Barcelona.
He has worked in several law firms, including the law offices of Jorge P. Sala in Ponce and Manuel A. Núñez in San Juan. He has also worked as a lawyer for companies in Spain and as Executive Assistant to the Comptroller in Puerto Rico. He is currently self-employed.
