Correa Acevedo & Abesada Law Offices P.S.C is a boutique law firm located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Since 1981, the firm has been recognized for their law services in Business and Civil Litigation, Real Estates, Wills and Personal Injury.

Our founding partner, Tomás Correa-Acevedo began his private practice in 1979. Today, the law office has grown to a professional corporation of a total of seventeen staff members, including attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. Tomás is the president and majority shareholder of the law office while his partners Roberto Abesada-Agüet and Elaine Villanueva-Martínez head the Litigation and Real Estate & Commercial Practice Groups, respectively.

Since 1981, the law office has been recognized for serving the financial industry in commercial and residential foreclosures, mortgage servicing disputes and contracts, lender liability and banking litigations as well as closing major residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The law office has expanded its services to assist private businesses in the Real Estate Development, Construction, Insurance and Health industries with every kind of general legal issue, including insurance, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, commercial arbitration, intellectual property, employment discrimination and general commercial and contractual related disputes.
