Dr. Carmen Márquez Pérez is a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. from Carlos Albizu University in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

She has continued her professional development through specialized training in emotional intelligence in the United States. In addition, she earned a Diploma in Emotional Education: Strategies for Understanding Emotions in Learning (Argentina, 2019), and became certified in Emotional Education: Tools for Working with Families (Argentina, 2020).

She has training in Educational Therapy and certification in Positive Discipline applied to families, schools, and early childhood. She has specialized in emotional education, offering the Certification in Emotional Education at Ana G. Méndez University, equivalent to 30 continuing education credits.

Throughout her professional career, she has developed books and educational materials aimed at strengthening emotional intelligence, fostering healthy relationships, and promoting emotional well-being from childhood onward, as well as preventing abuse.
