In Dr. Toro Lloveras’ office we offer all types of orthodontic treatments for children, adolescents and adults, either with functional appliances and/or fixed orthodontic appliances; braces.
Among the types of braces we have small metal braces and ceramic braces (for those looking for a more esthetic system of braces).
We offer patients the option of using different colored rubber bands for a fun look, or gray or clear rubber bands to minimize their visibility. In addition we serve our patients with familiarity and the responsibility of an excellent treatment.

Dr. Luis A. Toro Lloveras went to study at the University of Pittsburgh and pursed his graduate studies at the University of Maryland Dental School (B.C.D.S), where he graduated on May 1984. Dr. Toro completed his Orthodontic residency and Masters of Science degree at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, graduating in June 1986. Since then, Dr. Toro-Lloveras has been the only specialist in Orthodontics offering his services in Fajardo (over 27 years). In addition he has extended his services to Carolina. Today, he is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Past-President of the Puerto Rico Society of Orthodontics Specialists (SEO-PR), and currently serving as Immediate Past President of the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO). On November 2013, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and the Northeast Society of Orthodontists celebrated its joint annual session at the Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. These two Constituencies include Orthodontist from Washington DC all the way up to Quebec, Canada, including Puerto Rico.
