  • - The first and foremost technique in the office is Network Spinal NS.

    - Precise and gentle touches on certain accesses of the nervous system in the spinal cord to encourage the brain to create new wellness strategies. These strategies are developed through two healing waves: respiratory wave and somato-psychic wave. These waves are associated with the spontaneous release of cord and tension stored in the spine related to events throughout our life and use them as an energetic source for the reorganization of the nervous system and creation of a new level of neural integration. In this way the desired results are achieved and sustained through posture. This technique was founded by Dr. Donald Epstein, a chiropractor, and is one of the most researched chiropractic techniques conducted today due to its unique model of dynamism and its association with chaotic mathematics.

    - The second technique used in the office is the Activator Method.

    - The Activator Method is a chiropractic technique characterized by its instrument, the Activator, as an adjusting alternative to manual bone adjustments of both the spine and extremities.

    - This instrument has four low intensity levels, where each level is specific to a certain area of the body. This innovative idea was developed by Dr. Warren Lee and Dr. Arlan Fuhr, chiropractors, and is one of the most widely used chiropractic techniques in the world.

The classic question that all people ask themselves when they see the name or the office's advertising is you: they crack a bone, they pull you from side to side, you crack crack your body and that's it.

These comments, among others, are the most common and the associations most people have about chiropractors. These metaphors are because most chiropractic offices use types of chiropractic techniques where strong spinal bone adjustment rules among the chiropractic techniques they use with their patients. This is not the case in our office.

Our office uses two subtle chiropractic techniques on the body where it allows us to work with both the patient's neurology and nervous system spinal cord as well as the joints of both the spine, extremities arms and legs among others in a precise and subtle manner.
