Huevo Bistro Café is a Puerto Rican restaurant where you can enjoy the best breakfasts on the island in a cozy and safe space for everyone. Our exquisite dishes, perfect for that #brunch photo on Instagram, are accompanied by a unique experience. For us, breakfast other than being exquisite it should stimulate all the senses which is why we have designed a creative menu and for all tastes.

The menu ranges from the famous “montadito " fried egg in white rice that you enjoyed at your mom's or grandma's house to our delicious waffle with smoked meat and fried egg or the tasty French toast and colored pancakes prepared in the color your kid prefers. Likewise, we also have organic dishes and other delicacies such as avocado stuffed with churrasco (Skirt Steak). We also have catering service.
