Accounting review:
1. compile accounting documentation, both that which relates to income, expenses and other transactions, as well as that which reflects your collections and payments.
2. Make the corresponding accounting entries for each document. This is what is called "typing" or "data entry."
3. Reconcile the banks, which is also called "balancing the banks." It consists of exactly matching the entries appearing in the statements provided by the banks with those in the accounting account of the bank in question, so that the balance matches at all times.
4. Review the various accounts and balances to ensure that there are no duplicate or erroneous entries.
