Mr. Ramnath has over 45 years of technical and management experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, sales, and services with both government and private entities. Before becoming the CEO of Air Chiller Mechanical Constructor, Inc., Mr. Ramnath worked for 17 years at Carrier (PR), Inc. as a service manager for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean area. Upon leaving Carrier, he founded his first company, which he named James Air Conditioning, Inc., in 1991 and successfully operated it.
He received specialized factory training on various types of centrifugal, reciprocating, and absorption chillers from Trane, FES, York, and Carrier. He is a certified air conditioning technician and a member of the Institute of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians (CTRPR).
