Scope of Work: Star Perfect Roofing, Inc. conducts roof waterproofing works (Installer of asphalt modified membrane and any other roof sealing systems) that fulfilled includes the inspection of the roof membrane, removal and disposition of existing roof waterproofing systems and flashing material, removal, and disposal of all debris or equipment not in use or abandoned, application of a new roof waterproofing system, installation of temporary roof waterproofing, installation of new flashing material, mold remediation, lead-based paints encapsulation, asbestos mitigation, and abatement, drain cleaning and minor temporary repairs, removal of existing roof/building metal joints and covers and the installation of new roof/building metal joints and cover, applies caulking, seals cracks, and repairs blisters and split.
