Sandra Feliciano Peña is a lawyer and notary with offices in Cabo Rojo and San Juan, founder of the Feliciano Peña Law Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where she graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude.

Throughout her career, she has combined her scientific training with a solid legal background. She has worked in the food and beverage industry in both Puerto Rico and the United States, and in the legal field, she has served as a teaching assistant, member of the Board of Editors of the Puerto Rican Law Review, and legal officer of the General Court of Justice. She obtained one of the highest scores on the bar exam in Puerto Rico, ranking among the top 15 on the island.

Her commitment to professional excellence is also reflected in her participation in legal organizations. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Notarial Association of Puerto Rico and serves as Assistant Secretary of the Legal Journal Commission of the Puerto Rico Bar Association. In 2023, she represented Puerto Rico at the Jean-Paul DECORPS World Notarial University in Rome.
