Simply Fit Diet Plan was born in 2004 in Aguadilla PR, a program for weight loss by changing the lives of many people and improving their health. Providing criollo diet foods to your liking and varied. In order to help and educate the public to lose weight, improve health conditions and eat healthy while improving their eating habits. Through the program you will learn how to eat everything without having to gain weight and without harming your health. In Simply Fit, a 7-day menu with your breakfast, lunch and dinner is designed.

We have the largest variety in the market and the lowest cost. So that most Puerto Ricans can belong to the program and please the palate of each of our clients. In 2009 we moved to Añasco, we are very happy to continue providing our food, services and education to all our Puerto Ricans throughout the island.
