Danielle's Home Care is a retirement center located in San Juan, Urb. Alta Mesa 1685 Santa Fe Street and soon opening a second locality in the Guaynabo area. More than a residence, Danielle's Home Care is a loving home. Our retreat center provides excellent services and a wealth of activities to make Danielle's home Care residents feel pleased to have chosen our center as a nursing home. We offer short and long term care, depending on current health needs and lifestyle preference. Now that he is living his golden years, he deserves a golden home!
Patient visiting hours are: Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. The schedule for calls to the administration office is: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
